CROCHET PATTERN
The Dotty Infinity Scarf is lightweight and full of texture. The picot stitches are added after the body of the scarf is constructed, eliminating the need to switch yarn colours back and forth (if using contrasting colours).

5mm & 3mm crochet hooks.
YARN
Approximately 400 yards of fingering weight yarn.
GAUGE
Gauge isn’t crucial for this design. The key is ensuring that the scarf comfortably wraps around your head twice after completing round 1. If you’d like to adjust the length, simply add more fsc stitches in round 1 to achieve your desired fit.

Fun pattern. Quite a quick make. Lovely texture to it. Misunderstood some of the rightside/wrongside instructions so one of my rows is the wrong way, but don’t think it is that noticeable overall. I would make this again, but possibly a bit longer. I made the starting chain as instructed in the pattern and it was a little tight when worn doubled. I blocked it and it stretched out a bit and is a lot better, but it’s still a little tight when doubled over.
This is a cleverly done pattern, the picots are done last so you can easily make them a contrasting color without constant color changes!
