How do I Access my Patterns?

As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an automated email with a secure link to download your files instantly. You also have permanent access to your purchases by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your "My Pattern Library."

Didn't Receive the Automated Email? Don't worry—your pattern is ready and waiting for you! Because the delivery is automated, the email sometimes gets tucked away by filters. The fastest way to get your file is to go directly to the source:
The "My Pattern Library": Log into your Poppy Shop account and go to My Pattern Library. This is the most reliable way to access your files, and it ensures you are always downloading the most current version of the pattern.
Check your Folders: Search your email for "Poppy Shop." Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders (especially for Gmail users).
The Apple Pay Factor: If you used Apple Pay, the link was sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID. If that is different from your primary email, check that inbox!
Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a guest and can't find your email, simply create a member account using the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you used to make the purchase. Your purchase will automatically sync and appear in your My Pattern Library instantly.
