• The "My Pattern Library": Log into your Poppy Shop account and go to My Pattern Library.(https://www.poppyshop.ca/my-pattern-library) This is the most reliable way to access your files, and it ensures you are always downloading the most current version of the pattern.
• Check your Folders: Search your email for "Poppy Shop." Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders (especially for Gmail users).
• The Apple Pay Factor: If you used Apple Pay, the link was sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID. If that is different from your primary email, check that inbox!
