Gauge is very important. Super easy to follow and organized pattern; makes an adorable hat or bun beanie! The stitches look knit and the heart is so sweet. I would recommend a solid color for the actual beanie part, just my preference! I am excited to make more of these in different colors :)

This pattern is very clear and easy to follow. It gives written instructions, as well as photos and stitch count for each row. I'm pretty new to working with leather and had no problems making the sole and stitch into it. The work up of the slippers is quick, it took me only a few evenings to finish. I made this pair as a gift for my boyfriend. Very happy with the result.

This was my first time making a pair of slippers with a leather sole, and I had no problems putting the toghether. I highly recommend this pattern.

Wonderful slipper pattern! The pattern is very easy to follow and they keep my feet very warm. I definitely recommend a leather hole punch for the base though. I didn't use it on my first pair and it made it difficult on me.
